How do I get the half-folded (laptop) layout?
Tap the posture button in the app's toolbar and choose Laptop. Open and closed follow the screen automatically. Some apps start in the laptop layout on large screens; choose Auto to go back to the flat layout.
Do the apps work without an iPhone Duo?
Yes. Every app works on any iPhone and iPad. The outer-display layout is used on iPhone; the open and laptop layouts on iPad.
Duo Tape doesn't show my music.
Allow access to your music library in Settings › Duo Tape. Songs you only stream may need to be added to your library first. The built-in demo tape always works.
A station in Duo Radio says NO SIGNAL.
Stations come from a free community directory and some streams are offline or not compatible. Turn the dial to the next station; the list refreshes when you change band.
Where are my documents, recordings and drawings stored?
Only on your device, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them, so export anything you want to keep (PDF in Duo Typewriter, Share/Save to Photos in Duo Camcorder).
I bought an app on another device.
Paid apps follow your Apple Account. Download it again from your purchase history in the App Store.
